How to redeem

  1. 1Open the messaging app on your phone.
  2. 2Send an SMS to 900 containing 155, then a space, then your activation code number.

This method is for the regular Sawa package. For Sawa Plus, Sawa 30 Regular and Sawa 30 International packages: dial *755* followed by your activation code number, then # and press call. Your activation code stays saved on your order page, and if you are unsure which method fits your package, reach out and we will guide you quickly.

FAQ

What exactly do I receive when buying a Sawa package?

You receive everything you need to activate the package yourself. As soon as payment completes, the activation code appears on your order page and stays saved in your account. Activation is not automatic; you activate the code on your number yourself whenever it suits you.

How do I activate the package code on my number?

Activation is easier than you think and happens right from your phone. For the regular Sawa package, send an SMS to 900 containing 155, a space, then the code number. For Sawa Plus and Sawa 30 packages, dial *755* followed by the code number, then # and press call, and the carrier confirms the activation by SMS.

Do the codes work on my existing Sawa SIM?

Yes, with no complications. The codes are for prepaid Sawa numbers and activate on your current SIM without any change, so you keep the number you are used to.

Are prices VAT-inclusive?

Yes, and what you see is exactly what you pay. Every price shown is final and includes VAT, with no extra fees appearing at checkout.
