• Order data: purchased products, delivered codes, and wallet transaction history.

• Communication preferences: your separate consent to WhatsApp order updates or a cart reminder, including when consent was given or withdrawn.

How we use your data

• Fulfilling orders and delivering digital products instantly.
• Sending order and payment notifications by email or SMS.
• Sending order updates or a cart reminder on WhatsApp when you explicitly enable each option separately.
• Protecting accounts and preventing fraud.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Moyasar. We never store card numbers on our servers.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the service providers required to operate the store (payment gateway, email and SMS providers, and a WhatsApp messaging provider when you consent) and only to the extent necessary.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected] or using our contact page. You can also withdraw either WhatsApp consent from your account profile at any time.
