At AUJ we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the store and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Account data: the email or phone number used to sign in with a one-time code.
• Order data: purchased products, delivered codes, and wallet transaction history.
• Operational data: session cookies required to keep you signed in.
• Measurement and advertising data: cookies from Google Analytics and Google Ads that measure store visits and how our ads perform.
• Communication preferences: your consent to WhatsApp cart reminders, including when consent was given or withdrawn.

How we use your data

• Fulfilling orders and delivering digital products, and tracking their fulfillment.
• Sending order and payment notifications by email or SMS.
• Automatically sending order received and completion updates on WhatsApp to your verified mobile number as part of the order service. Cart reminders are optional and require your explicit consent.
• Protecting accounts and preventing fraud.
• Measuring how our Google ads perform: when an order is paid, we send Google your email address and mobile number converted with SHA-256 into a one-way code the original data cannot be recovered from, to match the order to the ad that brought you to us.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment provider shown at checkout. We never store full card numbers on our servers.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the service providers required to operate the store (payment gateway, email and SMS providers, a WhatsApp messaging provider for order updates and optional cart reminders, and Google to measure visits and ad performance in the form described above) and only to the extent necessary.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected] or using our contact page. You can turn WhatsApp cart reminders off from your account profile at any time. Order updates continue automatically.
