By using the AUJ store you agree to the following terms. The store specialises in digital products: digital cards and codes, social media services, and downloadable files.
Account
Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email or phone. You are responsible for the accuracy of your contact details and for all activity on your account.
Orders & delivery
- Codes appear on the order page after payment confirmation and allocation or supplier fulfillment.
- Files are provided through download links tied to your account and may have a download limit.
- Social services require correct information (username or link). Processing begins after payment confirmation; track fulfillment on the order page.
Payment
You can pay with your wallet balance or by card (mada / Visa / Mastercard / Apple Pay) through the payment gateways available at checkout. All amounts are settled in Saudi riyals.
Refunds
- Revealed digital codes are non-refundable unless proven not to work.
- If delivery fails or a product is defective, the published return policy governs refunding to your wallet or original payment method.
- Social services that have not started can be cancelled. If completion fails after work starts, the undelivered portion is refunded under the return policy.
Prohibited use
Using the store for fraud or any unlawful activity is prohibited; we may suspend violating accounts.
