By using the AUJ store you agree to the following terms. The store specialises in digital products: digital cards and codes, social media services, and downloadable files.

Account

Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email or phone. You are responsible for the accuracy of your contact details and for all activity on your account.

Orders & delivery

• Digital codes are delivered as soon as payment is confirmed and appear on the order page.
• Files are provided through download links tied to your account and may have a download limit.
• Social services require correct information (username or link) and are fulfilled manually within the stated time.

Payment

You can pay with your wallet balance or by card (mada / Visa / Mastercard / Apple Pay) through Moyasar. All amounts are settled in Saudi riyals.

Refunds

• Revealed digital codes are non-refundable unless proven not to work.
• If delivery fails or a product is defective, the amount is refunded to your wallet.
• Social services that have not started can be cancelled and refunded to your wallet.

Prohibited use

Using the store for fraud or any unlawful activity is prohibited; we may suspend violating accounts.
