Digital codes are delivered the moment payment is confirmed — usually in under 30 seconds — and appear directly on the order page in your account. Download links for digital files are available instantly too, while social media services are fulfilled within the time stated on the service page.
Open your account, go to “My Orders”, and select the order — you'll find the codes there with reveal and copy buttons. Codes stay saved in your account and you can return to them any time.
Every order has a status page in your account showing each line's fulfillment stage (being prepared, processing, delivered). If a service requires a public account, keep it public until fulfillment completes.
Yes, but it takes seconds: enter your email or phone number and receive a one-time verification code — no passwords. The account is what keeps your codes, files, and orders saved in one place.
Download links are tied to your account, and some files have a download limit shown on the product and order pages. The remaining downloads are displayed next to each file.

You can pay with mada, Visa, and Mastercard cards or via Apple Pay through a secure certified payment gateway, or directly from your AUJ wallet balance. All amounts are shown and settled in Saudi riyals.
The wallet is a balance inside your account that lets you pay in one tap without entering card details every time. Top it up from the wallet page in your account by card or Apple Pay, and see a full history of top-ups, payments, and refunds.
Yes. Card payments are processed entirely by our certified payment provider, and we never store card numbers on our servers.
In most cases payment confirms within seconds and the order page updates automatically. If the amount was charged but the order stays “awaiting payment” for more than a few minutes, contact us with the order number and we'll resolve it immediately — your money is never lost.

Refunds & cancellation

Revealed codes are non-refundable because they count as used the moment they're shown — unless the code is proven not to work on our end, in which case we replace it immediately or refund the full amount to your wallet.
Yes, as long as fulfillment hasn't started. Services already in progress (such as followers) are non-refundable. When cancelled before starting, the amount is returned to your wallet.
In cases of duplicate payment for the same order, complete failure to deliver due to an error on our side, or delivery of a product substantially different from its listing — the amount is refunded to your wallet or payment method depending on the case.
Changing your username or making the account private during a social service, running another provider on the same account simultaneously, or requesting results different from the service listing or faster than its normal time frame.

We use one-time verification codes (OTP): enter your email or phone number, type the 6-digit code you receive, and you're in. No passwords to forget and no accounts compromised by a weak one.
From the “My Details” page in your account you can edit your name, country, and birthday any time. Changing your email or phone currently requires extra verification through support.
Through the store's “Contact Us” page or the support email. Include your order number and a short description so we can reply as fast as possible — our team answers in Arabic and English.
We collect only the minimum data needed to run the store and never sell it. Full details are in the Privacy Policy published on the store.
